Common uses:

of your choice, such as almond or apricot oil. Use for a massage.

Rub the soles of your feet with lavender oil
at night to help you sleep.
Pour one cup of unfragranced moisturizing lotion
into a bowl. Add 30 drops each of lavender and lemon essential oils.
Stir well before returning the lotion to its bottle.
