Cephalotaxus Harringtonia, is most commonly known as the Japanese
Plum Yew. It was introduced to Europe as an ornamental evergreen
in the late nineteenth century. As the name implies, its range includes
Japan as well as parts of China and Korea. It is a low bush but
is capable of becoming a small tree. The bark is gray and peels
in small strips.
