Barley

1 c. barley
2 c. boiling water

Rinse barley. Place in thermos. Pour boiling water over the top and secure lid. Shake a few times so all the barley will be rinsed off the sides of the thermos and into the water. Let set overnight or 8-12 hours.

Apples can be added for low heating overnight. Serve with honey and/or cinnamon if desired.
