Kamut
1 c. Kamut
2 c. boiling water
Rinse Kamut. Place in thermos. Pour boiling water
over the top and secure lid. Shake a few times so all the Kamut
will be rinsed off the sides of the thermos and into the water.
Let set overnight or 8-12 hours.
Apples can be added for low heating overnight.
Serve with honey and/or cinnamon if desired.
